James Edward blevins was born in Johnson County Ky. The son of Foster & Arizonia Clark Blevins. He had 3 sisters, Elva, Betty, Martha. He was married to Fannie Burchett Blevins and was the father of 9 children (David, Mike, Jimmy (Now Passed), Ronnie,Randy (passed away at birth), Tony Barbara, Tammy,& Robert. He also was the grandfather of 23, He also has several Great grandkids. James enjoyed hunting, and being outdoors. He was a good father. A friendly man that enjoyed spending time with family & friends.
